What once started in a small venue on Gamla Brogatan, run by Thao under the name Saigon Baguette, has over the years grown, developed, and been shaped by Thao’s fantastic persistence, joy of creation, and joint family efforts. After over a decade in the business with so many great and fond memories, it was time for our next chapter.

Bar Hẻm is a natural evolution of our history — a new meeting spot driven by curiosity, creativity, and a passion for food and drinks. We want it to feel like a second home where we can keep learning and experimenting. A place created for all the things we love ourselves — settling in with friends, snacking on chips and olives, sipping on delicious wine, and letting conversations roll late into the small hours. Most of all, it is a place we want to share with you.

Pop in for a glass, chat with friends, savor some Vietnamese delights, or just stop by to say hi. We’re here, and we hope you’ll keep us company on this journey.
